ananea Madivaru Maldives is a resort in North Ari Atoll that opened in spring 2025. It spreads across two islands, Madivaru and Kuda Rah, joined by an overwater walkway. The resort lies about 66 km from Velana International Airport, a seaplane flight of around 20 to 25 minutes.

There are around 110 villas, a mix of beach pool villas and water pool villas with private pools and direct access to the lagoon. Dining covers several restaurants and two bars, including an overwater restaurant and a main buffet venue, alongside two swimming pools. The overwater Kandu Spa, a PADI dive centre, a water sports centre and a kids' club are on site. The house reef sits close to the beach, so snorkelling starts from the shore.
